Face Shield Visors- produced in the UK

This is a UK manufactured product to help with the current PPE (personal protective equipment) crisis. This face shield is manufactured in a transparent clear vinyl. It shields the face and eyes and prevents the wearer from touching their face.

 
 

Face ShielD - external

  • The face of the shield is 255mm deep and 215mm wide.

  • The shield is created by welding with a stitch pattern to the external edges.

  • The front visor is manufactured in transparent clear rigid vinyl.

  • The visor can be cleaned for multiple uses.

  • The header of the shield is 45mm and is available in six basic colours.

Face Shield - Internal

  • Inside the shield is a polyester foam comfort band 190mm x 20mm attached to the header.

  • The shield is held around the head by a 12.5mm elasticated band.

  • The elasticated header is held in location by two 10mm diameter nylon capped fastenings.

Face Shields - Branded

  • These face shields can be printed with a full colour printed band allowing these shields to be targeted at specific applications.

  • As well as branding, safety warnings and instructions can also be added in the artwork.
